Davis Polk partner Rachel Kleinberg will speak at the 28th Annual Institute on Current Issues in International Taxation, hosted by GW Law and the IRS. Kleinberg will participate on the panel, “Partnerships in International Tax Planning,” which will discuss the implications of Notice 2015-54 on transfers of appreciated property to partnerships; the treatment of loans by CFCs to foreign partnerships under Section 956; and aggregate v. entity theory in cross-border partnerships. The event will be held December 17-18, 2015, in Washington DC.
