Davis Polk partner Annette Nazareth will be among the speakers at ICI’s “2016 Mutual Funds and Investment Management Conference.” Nazareth’s panel, “Making Sense of Equity Market Structure: Complexities and Conflicts,” will address how funds can protect themselves from market system problems and failures and evaluate broker-dealer order routing and venue analysis. The panel will also discuss the effects of equity market structure on ETFs, including the limit up-limit down mechanism and reopening processes at exchanges. The program will take place March 13-16, 2016, in Orlando.
