Joseph Hall and Sophia Hudson to Speak at PLI’s “How to Prepare an Initial Public Offering” Program

Davis Polk partners Joseph Hall and Sophia Hudson will be among the speakers at PLI’s “How to Prepare an Initial Public Offering 2015” program on April 10, 2015, in New York. Hall will speak on the “Executive Compensation, Corporate Governance and Other Hot Topics in the IPO Process” panel.” Hudson, who also serves as co-chair of the program, will speak on two panels: “An Overview of the IPO Registration Process” and “Communications During Registration and the SEC’s Role in the IPO Process.”
