Davis Polk lawyers Susan Ervin and Nora Jordan will be among the speakers at PLI’s “Hedge Fund Management 2014.” Ervin and Jordan will speak on the panel, “Hot Topics for Hedge Fund Managers,” which will discuss the Volcker Rule, due diligence on alternative managers, hedge fund managers managing registered funds, and swaps and CPO/CTA developments.
