Davis Polk partner Rachel Kleinberg will be among the speakers at the 27th Annual Institute on Current Issues in International Taxation, co-sponsored by The George Washington University Law School and the Internal Revenue Service. Kleinberg will chair the panel, “Current Developments,” which will address topics such as the latest FACTA developments, treaties and transfers of tax attributes in international reorganizations. The event will be held December 11-12, 2014, in Washington DC.
