Davis Polk counsel Jeanine McGuinness will be among the speakers at the American Conference Institute’s 5th Annual Economic Sanctions Boot Camp. McGuinness will participate in the panel, “The Licensing Process: How to Work with OFAC to Expedite License Approvals,” which will explore topics such as recent changes in the licensing process for Iran, dos and don’ts when applying for licensing and the timeline for a response from OFAC. The conference will be held on December 3-4, 2014, in New York.
