Davis Polk partner Randall Guynn will be among the speakers at PLI’s Banking Law Institute 2014. Guynn will speak on the panel, “The Challenge of Systemically Important Financial Institutions (SIFIs),” which will discuss prudential standards, methodologies for non-bank SIFI designations, bank versus non-bank SIFIs and shadow banking initiatives, among other topics. The event will be held December 10, 2014, in New York.
