Davis Polk partner Jeffrey Oakes will be among the participants at PLI’s 14th Annual Institute on Securities Regulation in Europe. Oakes will moderate the panel, “New U.S. Rulemaking and Impact on Foreign Private Issuers,” which will discuss SEC developments and trends, disclosure effectiveness and recent IOSCO initiatives, among other topics. The event will be held January 19-20, 2015, in London.
