Davis Polk partner Neil MacBride will be among the participants at the American Bar Association’s 30th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime. MacBride’s panel, “National Security: Cybercrime & Economic Espionage,” will discuss recent trends in the investigation and prosecution of cybercrime, theft of trade secrets and economic espionage cases. It will cover government enforcement priorities, issues that have arisen in recent cases, as well as approaches for defending these cases. The program will be held March 2-4, 2016, in San Diego.
