Damian Schaible to Speak at ABI/St. John’s Bankruptcy Mediation Training

Davis Polk partner Damian Schaible will be among the speakers at the ABI/St. John’s Forty-Hour Bankruptcy Mediation Training, hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute, St. John’s University School of Law Center for Bankruptcy Studies and St. John's Hugh L. Carey Center for Dispute Resolution. Schaible will speak on “The Rise of Plan Mediation: Benefits and Pitfalls.” The program will take place December 6-10, 2015, in New York.
