Davis Polk partner Lucy Farr will be among the speakers at the upcoming ISDA Symposium, “Tax Issues: Special Topics Impacting the ISDA Master Agreement.” Farr’s panel, “Deemed Loan Rules,” will address Treas. Reg. Sec. 1.446-3(g)(4); temporary regulations under Treas. Reg. Sec. 1.446-3T; and comment letters and requests for clarification. The program will be held on October 22, 2015, in New York.
