Davis Polk partners John Douglas and Annette Nazareth will speak at the Financial Markets Association’s 2015 Legal and Legislative Issues Conference. The program will be held October 22-23, 2015, in Washington DC.
Douglas will moderate the “Regulatory Reform” panel, which will discuss resolution planning; the Financial Stability Board’s TLAC proposal; the ISDA Resolution Stay Protocol; Chapter 14 of the Bankruptcy Code; and the proper role of the Financial Stability Board in U.S. rulemaking.
