Davis Polk counsel Erin Cho will co-chair and partner Jeffrey Crandall will be among the participants at Practising Law Institute’s “ERISA 2015: The Evolving World.” Crandall’s panel, “The M&A Transactional Practice,” will discuss the types of transactions, due diligence, representations and warranties, covenants, indemnities, executive compensation and Title IV issues. Cho will be giving the opening remarks. The event will be held August 3-4, 2015, in New York.
